POLICIES

• Check-in time is after 4pm

• Check-out is 11am

• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am

• Valid identification and credit card required at check-in

• Reservations must be made by guest - no 3rd party reservations allowed

• Please, no smoking of any kind

• Outside linens are not permitted in the hostel.  Please leave your sleeping bags, etc in your car or the garage

• The Fernweh Inn & Hostel is not responsible for personal belongings

• The Fernweh Inn & Hostel reserves the right to charge a guest for any damages incurred to a room due to their stay, including an excessive cleaning fee (minimum $50 charge)

• Be kind & respectful to fellow guests & staff

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or 50% of your total reservation will be charged.

  • No-shows & cancellations within 24 hours of your arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

  • Groups of 10 or more will be charged full price if the cancellation is made within 2 weeks of arrival.  Within 30 days, 50% will be charged.

 

 

• Pet Policy:

  • Well-behaved dogs are allowed in private rooms for an additional $15/pet/night.

  • You must inform staff prior to booking if you are bringing your dog with you.  We will not be able to accommodate you otherwise.

  • Please, no puppies or dogs that bark or cry excessively.

  • Your dog must be accompanied by you at all times—this means no leaving your dog in your room while you explore town or go out for a drink.

  • Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.

  • You must clean up after your dog in the yard.

  • We require all damages to be covered by you, including excessive cleaning ($50 minimum).

  • Fort Collins has some excellent doggy daycares available for your pup to have some fun while you goof off around town.  Talk to hostel staff for more info.
